A teen is in critical condition after jumping off a dock along Lake Washington Tuesday.
The Seattle Fire Department (SFD) rescued a 17-year-old boy who was reported missing after jumping off a dock, according to KIRO 7.
Around 4 p.m., SFD crews responded to reports of a person last seen jumping off a dock into the water in the 2300 block of Lake Washington Blvd. S., authorities reported.
Swimmers found the missing teen and brought him to shore to receive medical care.
SFD said the teen is in critical condition.
Swimmers searched the area and did not find any additional people in the water.
Paramedics are transporting the teen to a hospital for further care.
