With the weather cooling off and the leaves starting to change, it means only one thing: the 2026-2027 Seattle Seahawks season is about to begin.
Venturing out to Lumen Field is not only about football, but an experience which includes a chance to try the venue’s fun and creative menu items, which can be found throughout the stadium.
At the 2026 Taste of Lumen Field event, a pair of reporters had the chance to go and try out the most anticipated menu options. From a jicama and steak noodle bowl to King’s Hawaiian’s loaded pretzel bites to a chicken and donut skewer, this year’s food offerings are out of this world.
The Best Food Options (Overall)

What knocked it out of the park for me was General Concession’s Buffalo Chicken Yard Nachos. The shareable nachos were packed with flavor from the chicken to the blue cheese and celery sprinkled on top. There is no hesitation from me that this fall I will make a beeline for this stand at any game.
Moving up to one of the two Club Level restaurant options presented at the event, Club Level- Legion, offered Soft Shell Crab Gumbo and Gumbo Loaded Fries. The gumbo had delight in every bite, as well as a little bit of spice, and would be the perfect meal for a rainy game day.
Ben’s picks:
An easy to overlook, unasumming sandwich in the form of the cuban sandwich was my top choice. The Local Bread was fantastic, which paired well with the pulled pork and ham which was partnered with a tasteful amount of yellow mustard. It wasn’t too heavy and wasn’t underwhelming, an excellent choice on a cold Sunday night or a sunny afternoon.
The next best item was the Beast Rib, which will be sold at at the Home Taste Advantage Carts. The rib was introduced last season for the NFC Championship and is coming back for the 2026 regular season. A beef short rub covered in Mama Lil’s Garlic Cruch delivers a punch and a lasting impression on whoever sinks their teeth into the rib.
The JSN Menu
The JSN menu deserves a section dedicated to itself alone. Jaxon Smith-Njigba “JSN”, Seattle Seahawks star wide receiver, collaborated with Lumen Field’s hospitality partner Levy Restaurants to bring the JSN menu to life. The all-new menu features three main items that will be featured throughout the stadium utilizing his nickname, “JSN”.
The star of the show is the Jicama Steak Noodles featuring steak and pickled jicama over ramen in a house-made bone broth. This dish is a unique offering for a football stadium and is a must-try.
Up next were the Jerk Salmon Nachos which were without a doubt solid. In comparison to the Buffalo Chicken Yard Nachos, they didn’t quite win for “best nachos of the night,” but they are absolutely worth an order if you want to try something a little more fishy.
To round out the JSN menu, are the Breads & JSN Spreads. The artisan breads were paired with three spreads, jalapeño jam, smoked salmon spread and nectarine butter. A more unique snack, the trio of bread and spreads leaves a bit more to be desired. Unless in a charcuterie mood, this one can be skipped.
The Drinks
This year’s bar offerings also deserve an entire section dedicated to it. New this year is Home Taste Advantage’s Passport Program for cocktail enthusiasts. Similar to the nearby T-Mobile Park’s ‘SEAcret Door’ speakeasy that serves rotating drinks, the Passport Program will offer a different cocktail every game. Fans get to collect stamps with every drink purchased.
At the event, three cocktails were featured including The 12’s Ward, Mezcal Paloma and Tiki Punch. The three featured cocktails were solid, but the Tiki Punch won for both presentation and taste.
The first drink from the Passport Program, the Espresso Beartini was served and absolutely stole the show. A creamy espresso martini topped with marshmallow foam and a Teddy Graham is something that absolutely can’t be missed.
The Skips
As with all menus, there were a couple of items that were less than mid-tier and are something that I would not go back to.
Piroshky, Pirosky, a hit at both Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park, was a miss. They offered a beef and cheese, potato and cheese and chocolate cream and hazelnut option, and all three were decent but a bit played out.
The Chicken and Donut Skewer from Ticketmaster’s Tailgate was another skip, the sugary and savory combo just tasted funky.
Other Solid Picks
Other notable items from the event were King’s Hawaiian’s return to Lumen Field, offering a King’s Plate, Loaded Pretzel Bites and Tres Leches Ube Rolls. The Loaded Pretzel Bites featured queso, BBQ pulled pork and jalapeños, and were a huge hit. I absolutely would circle back to this station for a full order of the pretzel bites.
Club Level- Home Taste Advantage’s Burnt End Baked Potato is a great alternative if an appitite for a beast rib isn’t there. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in a baked potato mood.
