Liftwomen’s new 7-day online course for launching a business kicks off

Must Read

Women with a business idea can now sign up for an online course from Liftwomen, covering the steps from testing customer demand to planning a launch.

The course, Zero to Hero: Start Your Business in 7 Days, is available through Liftable, the organisation’s new platform for aspiring and early-stage female founders.

The first day is free to access, while the full seven-day program requires a Liftable Premium subscription. Participants can work through the material at their own pace.

The course covers customer research, product testing, pricing, branding and launch planning, with participants developing a Business Launch Plan as they complete each stage.

It is aimed at women who have an idea but need help working out where to begin, including those testing a business alongside work or family commitments.

Liftwomen founder Irene Tsang said the challenge was often turning the information available online into something founders could act on.

“Starting a business can feel overwhelming when you have an idea but aren’t sure what to do next,” she said.

“Zero to Hero breaks the process into practical steps, helping women test their ideas, understand their customers and build something real. AI can help accelerate that process, but it’s still important to validate ideas with real people and evidence from the market.”

Liftable also offers AI tools for writing pitches, finding and applying for grants, and financial planning, alongside educational content, funding resources and opportunities to connect with investors.

Aspiring founders can sign up through Liftable. Access to the remaining six days is available through Premium, with the course structured around completing practical tasks as participants learn.
