It is happening again! Come visit us this Thursday at The Stranger’s office for our Capitol Hill Art Walk, featuring work by Madison Kirkman.
From our August issue (on stands now), Kirkman’s photo essay—Good Grief: Living With Loss in Seattle—tells of personal loss, as well as the discovery of local resources that serve as lifelines to those processing grief. For this art walk, we’ll be exhibiting a selection of video and photographic works from Kirkman’s series. Come celebrate art and life and death with us.
About Madison Kirkman: A career in editorial and commercial photography continues to provide Madison Kirkman the opportunity to meet incredible people, experience wild adventures, and be forever humbled by the world. Beyond photography, they are a naturalist, artist, sea turtle enthusiast, and human gender fender-bender. Madison was born and raised in Arizona and has lived in West Seattle for ten years. They are deeply committed to serving their cat and savior, Zizi.
