The 38 Best Restaurants in Seattle

Must Read

Three Sacks Full

Open for: Dinner, Wednesday through Sunday

Price range: $$$

Like many of Seattle’s best new restaurants of recent years, Three Sacks Full began its life as a pop-up dinner series, serving deceptively simple dishes packed with seasonal produce, all farmed or foraged locally. In 2023, it established a home in Roosevelt. One wall of the cozy space is dedicated to a very reasonably priced bottleshop and the other might be hung with local art or vintage farming tools at any given time. The menu changes daily, though there’s usually some kind of fritter, a savory crepe, a meat entree, and a fish entree, along with numerous salad-adjacent dishes. Pickled, fermented, and roasted vegetables abound, garnished with lesser-known herbs and housemade vinegars. Don’t skip the crusty sourdough; you’ll want to sop up every drop of the sauces and dressings.

Know before you go: Interesting wines at competitive prices make it worth grabbing a bottle or two to go.
