The Best Things To Do in Seattle This Month: October 2026

Must Read

Seattle takes the season of ghouls and gourds very seriously, but October isn’t all Halloween events—the calendar is also filled with concerts, festivals, food & drink events, and tons more. As we do every month, we’ve compiled the biggest events you need to know about in every genre, from Doja Cat to Kacey Musgraves and from GeekGirlCon to Rick Steves and Reverend Shelley M. Bryan Wee: The Traveler and the Bishop.

COMEDY

James “Murr” Murray
Impractical Jokers feels strangely nebulous: like it’s somehow always been on TV. In reality, the series premiered in 2011, but 15 years is practically an eternity in television—long enough for kids who grew up watching four Staten Island friends publicly humiliate one another to now be adults still laughing along. It’s also, arguably, one of the most uniquely bizarre comedy productions of the past two decades, turning lifelong friendship and an astonishing tolerance for embarrassment into an enduring franchise. Now, you can see one of its weirdest and, in my opinion, most lovable personalities in the flesh. James “Murr” Murray will bring Impractical Jokers off-screen with an interactive stand-up show featuring stories, never-before-seen footage from the series, and live audience participation. LANGSTON THOMAS
Emerald City Comedy Club, Capitol Hill (Oct 22–24)
