PCC Community Markets (PCC) on Wednesday launched what it’s calling its Shared Values Meal program, providing ingredients and a recipe for a meal that feeds up to four people for $9.95.
The program is part of its ongoing efforts to address food access across the Puget Sound area.
Shared Values Meals can be prepped and plated in fewer than 30 minutes, according to Seattle-based PCC, which has Eastside stores in Bellevue, Bothell, Issaquah, Kirkland, and Redmond. Meals feature sustainably sourced staples and an easy-to-follow recipe. The meals and ingredients will change each month.
The meal for July is red curry vegetables with coconut milk over jasmine rice.
