TRACE, the fine dining restaurant located at the W Seattle, is rebranding as TRACE Market. This change follows the pandemic-driven shift in dining habits of both visitors and locals, as well as expanding a commitment towards sustainability with recycle/reuse initiatives to offset global waste.
