Michelin-star chef Michael Mina announces his iconic Bourbon Steak restaurant is now accepting reservations for its October 1 opening. Bourbon Steak, a modern American steakhouse that features creative interpretations of classic dishes, will highlight Pacific Northwest and Washington state ingredients and purveyors at its Seattle location.
