According to a recent report published by Zumper Seattle Metro, Bellevue ranked as the second most expensive city to rent in the metro area in the month of December.
The report analyzed active listings in December 2020 across 20 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents.
The Washington one bedroom median rent was $1,281 last month. For Bellevue, the median price of a one-bedroom unit was $1,820, which dropped 2.2%. The median price of a two-bedroom in Bellevue was $2,360, which was up 1.3%.
