Embracing the new normal of outdoor-chic dining and its relationship to winter weather, more than a dozen different hotels and restaurants throughout both Washington and Oregon are participating in the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up Dining Series for six weeks.
It will last from Feb. 19- March 27, taking place every Friday and Saturday night.
Each participating restaurant is creating its own uniquely themed menu featuring specialty hot cocktails, locally sourced ingredients, and playful presentations, like fondue or a seafood beach boil. Bundled-up guests won’t have to rely on outerwear alone — outdoor dining experiences will have heat lamps, blankets, and fire pits to enhance both comfort and ambiance.
