Jason Wilson, a past James Beard Award winner for Best Chef in the Northwest, will oversee all culinary efforts at The Lodge at St. Edward State Park opening in May, according to an announcement today from the lodge and its manager, Columbia Hospitality.
As executive chef, Wilson will guide food and beverage for the new Kenmore hotel and its Cedar + Elm restaurant, the Tonsorium Bar, Father Mulligan’s Heritage Bar, and event space — all part of the renovation and conversion of the former St. Edward Seminary into an 84-room lodge. The property also includes a spa.
