Seattle’s pop-up heads (you know who you are) will have a brief chance to sample some of the city’s best mobile restaurants, plus try out a new doughnut on the scene at Spring Foodie Fest on Saturday, April 22 at Rainier Beach’s scenic Stonehouse Cafe.
The event is called Spring Foodie Fest, and it’s a new event (this is only its second year of existence) showcasing some pop-ups that should definitely be on your collective radars. These include the lobster rolls from Sea Sandwich, the looks-so-good-they’re-almost-a-shame-to-eat crabs from Marimakan, and the community-oriented Grayseas Pies.
