An explosive and colorful form of normalcy will return to Bellevue July 4 when fireworks will again light up the sky over downtown, according to a blog posted today on the Bellevue Downtown Association (BDA) website.
The show will begin at about 10:05 p.m. on Sunday, July 4, and run between 15 to 17 minutes.
As the first public event in the city since March 2020, the Independence Day show will look different than past “Bellevue Family 4th” celebrations — there won’t be any entertainment, live music, or other activities before or after the show, according to the blog by BDA and City of Bellevue staff.
