Country music power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill sold their 620-acre farm near Nashville to a new investor group for $15 million.
The property features the historic Beechwood Hall, built in 1865 and later owned by Hank Williams Sr.
BKDM, the group that purchased the property, is led by Columbia, Tennessee real estate broker Dan McEwen, and also involves Pinnacle Asset Management Founding Partner and Managing Director Brock Kidd and Columbia Mayor Chaz Molder.
While the group hasn’t yet announced its plans for the property, it hopes to preserve the land’s history and plans to continue searching for other valuable land in Middle Tennessee.
