Personal care company AMASS is adding mocktail/nonalcoholic spirits to its portfolio of self-care items. Riverine is the new bottled spirit, which embodies the ethereal soul of the Northwest — specifically British Columbia — which inspired its use of juniper; sorrel; apple; thyme; and fresh notes of lemon, sumac, mint, and parsley.
The process uses hydro steam distillation to extract concentrated flavors of botanical ingredients. The resulting drink is something that can be mixed into an alcoholic cocktail or added to plain seltzer water to make a refreshing nonboozy drink.
