It was the grunge/alternative music heyday of the ’90s that helped spawn microbrewery Elysian Brewing onto the Seattle scene. And 25 years later, it’s still rocking out great beers. However, its reach has expanded beyond the Northwest.
To commemorate the milestone, Elysian has created a one-of-a-kind 25th Anniversary Box — the XXV — containing 23 beers that convey a drinkable timeline of the most notable and favorite brews (including some rare limited releases, like their jasmine Avatar), treats like a cupcake mix by Cupcake Royale, an anniversary pint glass, a ’90s era-styled “zine” full of sketches, art by label designers, and copies of the original batch notes for the
