Six-Course Dinner with Beer Pairings
Stop by Skål Beer Hall on Sunday, April 11, for a six-course dinner from Métier Brewing. Skål Beer Hall will be featuring a wide range of beer styles from Métier. Each of the five courses includes an individually paired 5-8oz beer pour. The menu for the evening includes Gougères with Apple Dijon Jam paired with Scotch Ale, Halibut Provencal paired with Rye IPA, Créme Brûlée paired with Belgian Golden, and more.
