Checking in on the Democrats’ favorite Republican: Today City Attorney Ann Davison announced a new program to figure out who is stealing all the fucking flat screens from Target. So far, this “High Utilizer Initiative” has identified 118 individuals who are responsible for over 2,400 criminal cases over the past five years.
