Graham’s RoyalTea in Bothell is the boutique of High Tea dreams, offering a selection of savory finger sandwiches, bite-sized sweets, fresh fruit and scones with Devonshire cream and jam, and several teas ($21.99 for each “setting” boxed and prepared for pickup). Make it a proper “Royal Tea” with optional Champagne or wine. Graham’s also offers a Kid’s Tea Party To-go ($17.99 each), with a choice of hot cocoa instead of tea.
