Trophy Cupcakes owner Jennifer Shae said in a release she’s been thinking about creating DIY kits for years. She said when COVID-19 hit and everything closed down, it was the time.
“People were looking for fun at-home activities for kids and for ways to connect with friends and family,” she said in the release. “We’ve had so many people order kids for all their friends for Zoom birthday parties and virtual happy hour meet-ups. The kits are definitely a silver lining of the pandemic for us. I’m thrilled we get to share them far and wide now!”
