Located adjacent to John Howie Steak and inside The Shops at The Bravern, Whiskey by John Howie is a fresh new spot opening Feb. 5.
Chef John Howie has been dreaming about it for years.
Whiskey will feature — you guessed it — a global selection of hundreds of whiskeys, all curated in-house by Tim Lodahl. The menu will feature bar bites like tempura-fried Kurobuta bacon, truffled mushroom popcorn, and Waygu brisket flatbread, an elevated mac and cheese, a prime ground chuck burger with bleu cheese, and more. There also is a whiskey cocktail menu featuring several signature drinks.
